Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
The product received is damaged or defective
The product delivered is incorrect
The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
A return request is made within 3 days of delivery
Unboxing video proof is mandatory for damaged/wrong product claims.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
Products damaged due to misuse
Washed or worn garments
Items without original tags
Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable)
Refund Process

with:
Order number
Complete live Unboxing video of the product (trimmed video is not accepted)
After approval, we will arrange return pickup.
Once the product is received and inspected, refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer (customer must share bank details).
